  • The Incredible Edible Egg
    To ellaorate off of Junshien’s xanga post…
        Egg is a better source of protein than beef,
    chicken, pork, fish or most sources of meat we consume.  Egg
    consists of a gernerous amount of natural vitamins, awesome protein,
    low in sodium and contain essential amino acids, vitamins and
    minerals.  Not only are eggs nutritious, but they are quite
    versatile for cooking.  Hardboiled is prob the most optimal and
    healthiest IMO.  Have you had ur egg-birt today!

        Well…not exactly but close enough.  Whole
    wheat and whole grains are good for you and are a awesome source of
    fiber.  Strawberry Preserve on whole wheat toast and you are good
    to go my friend.

    This stuff is the bomb peoples…yes I know it looks grows but I tell you it tastes awesome.

    • Apple Juice
    • Peach
    • Mango
    • Strawberry and Banana Puree
    • Spirulina
    • Soy Lecithin
    • Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid)
    • Wheat Grass (this stuff tastes aweful straight up)
    • Barley Grass
    • Wheat Sprouts
    • Jerusalem Artichoke
    • Lemon Bioflavonoid
    • Nova Scotia Dulse

    Drink this stuff and its like 5 servings of veggies!  Shezam!
