  • Salt & Pepper Chicken

    Ingredients:
    1. Chicken Breast
    2. Red Bell Pepper
    3. Fresh garlic
    4. Parsley
    5. Sea salt & fresh ground pepper
    6. Yellow & green onions
    7. Short grain cal rose sticky rice

    The only variation this week for this dish is there is no secret sauce and I used a red bell pepper this time instead of yellow or orange.  If you look at my previous dishes I made you’ll notice I used yellow and orange peppers!  So it’s pretty obvious that bell peppers are a pretty versatile vegetable to use in cooking.  Not only is its a significant source of fiber and vitamins such as A and C but it always adds color and aids is a artful presentation.  It almost compliments most foods you make it with and did I mention it taste pretty good too.  Well, maybe not all that tasteful since its kind of a plain vegetable but nevertheless it bring a dish to life!
