Sweet Seduction
Can you believe Christmas is ONLY 2 weeks away? I seriously felt like I just had Thanksgiving a week ago. Oh where does the time go? I haven’t even begun shopping or making things for my family and friends this Christmas. I hope I have time, 2 week deadline!
I don’t know about you guys, but for me, I’m doing all my Christmas shopping and what not online. Forget going to the flaming mall, that place is a jungle. You have to like suit up to go there, strap on ammunition, flash bangs and smoke grenades to get pass the crowd hahaha! Basically that place is CRAZY! You wont find me in a mall at all during this time of the year. Only time you’ll find me at the mall is, uh NEVER, haha! Only three reasons for me being at the mall: 1. GF and 2. Apple Store, hahahaha & 3. Sister! Only problem when I go with my sister is we are only 3 year a part in age; some people think thats my girl friend so when I go with her, were split half the time haha. I can’t be having her cramp my style, shoot! hahaha. But on top of all this holiday frenzy action, parking lots are a zoo! So I say why not shop online when they ship that crap to your house anyways, hahaha! It’s just like the store with the same tax! Maybe, the store might have something the internet doesn’t but thats a risk I’m willing to take. However, online shopping has its disadvantages too. For one, you can’t physically touch or hold the item. For some people online photos are not convincing enough! So for clothing I can understand it is difficult to make purchases on the internet unless you know for sure what you are doing and what you want to purchase. But in the end, Id still rather shop online!

Haha okie. my brain is too fried to even think of a better name but yeah, i’ve been in the house for 3.5 days straight. Can you believe that. i could even spend the whole week at home without even having to go out. hahha
Anyhow, i better get back to studying. “Final” exam tm and then i’m DONE! Whoohoo..
haha oopsie.. i forgot to mention that i was at home 3.5 days straight LAST week.
Can’t WAIT til the end of TM!

the thing about shopping online is when they send it to you, you know for sure the item hasn’t been touch by the public. because when you go shopping at retail stores, most of the items have been touched and it loses its NEWNESS. i heard on average that an item or something you are buying has been touch 100 times by the public before it actuallt reaches the owner.

I totally agree and I think it is the route we will be taking with those we are actually purchasing for. Which will be our kids. For the rest of us we decided to donate what we would have spent on giving to World Vision’s catalog. I can’t wait to sit down and purchase lifegiving animals and seeds and water and medicine to those who live in poverty.
For those who want to purchase online and pay very little in shipping try Overstockcom they are awesome! But make sure to check the return policy in case you need to return anything I paid $1 shipping for the last 3 things I bought there. One of them was a leather ottoman!!! Crazy huh!!!??
I have a king sized bed and the sheets are expensive esp. for the higher count ones. Anything above 300 is really expensive like ^%$150. But I got a set of 400 count for 29.00!!!! I got them for the $1 shipping and they got here QUICK!!!!!!! Like in 2 days!!!
Also check the comments on the items in case someone wrote a review. That can really help you. SOmetimes the colors jsut arent the same as the picture. If someone had that problem they will leave that comment for others so they know…it is really cool that they do that.

hahah.. actually, i’m a crazy shopper too but i only shop once and BUY everything in one go and then never shop for a VERY long time. It’s called efficiency? haha
man. i gotta fix my comp and the laptop i’m using is whacked too. It took me forever to update my post. i kept clicking and opening new browser and keeps freezing. I wish i was a comp expert so i know how to fix all these problems. haha.

As for Christmas, the only thing I’ve bought so far is a camera online for my daughter (she keeps borrowing mine!) I see you make gifts (we do too) what do you like to make?
