  • Case Car Photo Shoot
    1926 Restored 2006

Whats more unique than being a rarity?  Well if you’re a car junkie like me you’d think this would be a pretty amazing piece of machinery.  Built from old farm equipment with a farm tractor being the chassis for the basis of this vehicle really makes this creation truly in a class of its own.  This is one of two Case cars in the entire world.  I honestly have never heard of it but its registered so its legit!  The car has most of its OEM parts from the wheels to the interior.  My favorite part about the car is the grill…looks amazing.  It would be so awesome if one day to restore a classic of my own.  Even if I could I wouldn’t be sure exactly what Id want to rebuild haha.

My fascination with automotive wasn’t something random.  Looking at my fathers past he had some pretty sweet rides when he was in his younger days haha.  68 Camaro RS 390 Small Block, Chevelle 309 Block and believe it or not he used to own a Study Baker (not sure if thats how you spell it).  My only problem is I’m not a fan of modern domestic automotives.  Classics yes!  Which leads me to my next question?  Are you a domestic car fan or a import fan?  If yes, please do comment why?

Anyway, hope you’re all having a splendid Friday and I hope ya’ll can kick it a nickel this weekend.  To the locals/visitors join me at Tapa The World in down town sac @ 9pm.  Just mingling with some folks this weekend so if you’re in sac and are free make your way to Jst & 22nd.

Congrats to my friends Maxine & David…they are engaged and I am so excited for them!!!!!!!!!!

Stay tuned for photo from my latest shoot!

    Thanks for reading.

    Cheers,
    Steve

  • Wish I could hang out…  I didn’t go to the bay area this Thanksgiving (my relatives live there, usually go to Mountain View etc. every year…) cause I went with Joy to her thanksgiving this year.  But you knew that already cause I blogged it. lol…

    =Matt=

  • Great car shots. I think I had shot a classic car from the early 1900′s when I went to the Antique Car Museum. Lighting blew though as it was indoors and badly lit. Flash did nothing but worsten it. HA HA. But yeah, I’m really enjoying your pictures. :)

  • ah i started to restore an old datsun 510, but was going to put a modern motor into it. i got all my parts together, and then i got accepted to my school’s nursing program so i had to sell everything cuz i wasnt going to be able to hold a job and go through the program at the same time. i guess its for the better because i ended up buying a camera eventually

  • beautiful car, beautiful photos!

  • hahaha I don’t know which one I am.  I guess I’ll just have to look through my shots from today (the New England International Auto Show) and see.!

  • Yay, you even got the interior of the car. Most ppl just take the outside.
I’m primarily an import fan. I love your car! not sure if you still have the same one or you were trying to sell it.
Anyhow, it’s snowing heavily here so church service is cancelled.
    How’s the weather over there?
    How are you man?

  • Oh, i guess i didn’t say why i’m an import fan. One big reason is design. I love the Nissan line or anything from Japan. Although I have to question some of  designs. My family had domestic and import cars and I have to say.. Import all the way. It’s easier to drive and most of them are built for comfort and you can drive with style. So generally speaking, import cars have amazed me more than the domestic cars.

  • Wow!  Really beautifully captured.

  • browsed around.  excellent photos.  looking forward to updates.
