Memorial Day Recap
Sorry no photos from NYC yet! I haven’t got the shot I’m looking for yet but I’ll post some later. I have a ton of other stuff I need to preview too. I did a shoot for my parents and sister. I also need to post photos for Serena & Stephanie. Thanks for being patient girls. I’ll have them up soon. =) In any case this is a belated appreciate post to all those who serve and have server this great nation we live in. I have the freedom to write this post because you men and women. So I thank you. The shots above were taken off of Santa Monica Blvd, LA. Ok now I sleep. =)

The fourth shot is really awesome. It’s busy but never too crowded. I also like your color process for these.
that third one is amazing, especially with how you chose what to show within “Iraq”.
I love that 3rd shot with peek thru the ”IRAQ” hole!
Hey Steve, we might be in that fourth shot! We were on the Santa Monica beach on Saturday. Nice pics BTW!
I love what you did. We do need to remember those that sacrificed so much for us. Thank you for reminding us. We really need to do that very often.
Thank you so much for this post. Not only are they phenomenal shots, they are also extremely meaningful. So many men and women ~ and children ~ have sacrificed numerous liberties and joys to defend the freedom of others. It is a very difficult , and honorable, life to lead.
It is this time, we are reminded how much we give. And, it is this kind of gratitude and honor we give to our soldiers that remind us why we do it.
As a daughter of the Navy, and an Army wife, the subject is very close to my heart. Thank you to everyone that takes the time to give a moment of silence to those that deserve it.
your photos are absolutely gorgeous! B & I were at the Santa Monica pier. The beach was absolutely beautiful to see! We watched a guy balance some bottles on the pier. Did you see him?
