    Kate + Adam

Not only was the engagement of Kate and Adam a big call for celebrations all around but they also recently just got their first swanky new home together too =) with stylish modern cut designs set with the grandeur of the original building undertones and the beautiful open green courtyards really made this shoot pretty damn delicious not to mention the beautiful couple that is Kate & Adam.

They “met” each other in high school but never actually officially met. When each was asked who their ideal partner would be, they both said each other despite not knowing one another. Some years later as fate would have it – they got together =) happy day.

Their story is so wonderfully romantic and Kate tells the BEST proposal story which I could never do it justice….

Adam pulled all the strings and wanted to surprise Kate on move-in day, sneakily creating little diversions to make sure Kate didn’t suss anything out. With candles leading up the stairs to their roof top terrace, a dressed-down Kate in overalls (it was moving day after all!) finds her man, Adam suited and booted down on one knee with the most beautiful Tiffany ring in his hand, she breaks down with tears streaming and of course accepts his proposal =)

    Everyone say “awwwwwwwwww……………….”

Enjoy the pics as much as we enjoyed shooting it!

Kate and Adam, many congrats again! We love you guys

    xoxo

When Thien approached us to shoot her wedding day with her new husband to be Henry we had to politely decline with us being completely booked up but Thien being our kinda gal just wouldn’t take ‘no’ for an answer and so instead arranged for us to shoot their bridal session with us to celebrate the beginning of their marriage as Mr & Mrs which actually worked out for the better as by the sounds of it their wedding day schedule seemed jam packed and our session was more chilled out and relaxed. What also took us by surprise was that Thien informed us that her and Henry had a similar relationship to ours as they too were an ‘international couple’ a couple once separated by the Atlantic ocean as Henry was from good ol’ Utah and with Thien residing in Birmingham, England. They met whilst Henry was visiting the UK for vacation and now they’re married, together at last – no longer separated by distance =) We especially empathised with their stories of distance and the hard times of long distance relationships as it’s definitely not for everyone, it was just nice to know we were in the same boat as them and seeing them so happy and the fun they had on the shoot, it’s evident that all the hard ships are just worth it because love and faith are those strongest of all =) *sigh* Don’t you just love happy endings =)
