  • The Lord is good, no real reason why but He is.  Today was cool because Grace and Becky came to Sun Grove today, woohoo.  Exciting yet surprising because I didn’t expect to see them there today.  I always like surprises.  Pastor Phil spoke on procrastination and I really felt God speaking to me through Phil.  We all procrastinate to a certain degree and I like how Phil explained the many reasons why we do so.  I hate it when I procrastinate because I know I am wasting the time God has given me but yet I still do it sometimes.  Well, maybe not exactly wasting but not using it wisely.  As a student, it is very easy to procrastinate in our studies.  I thought it was interesting how Phil mentioned our environment has an effect on us when we procrastinate and how it aids in system overload in our lives.  Some interesting stuff because this is something I have not heard in a sermon; about procrastination, good stuff though.  And, no I am not procrastinating as I write this, hahah.

Lately I have been feeling kind of burnt out with school.  This past week I had 2 phat midterms in Ochem and Bio and a quiz in Bio too.  Totally failed my Bio midterm because I just didn’t have enough time to study for both subjects through the week.  And no, its not cuz I dont study its because we learn the new stuff like one day and then the next we have like a midterm, hard to intake everything.  I have had at least a midterm every week, its insane I tell you, hahaha.  Luckly I am still sane, weeuwww trying not to break a sweat, hah.

  • isn’t it ironic that writing xanga entries (and hence, reading them) is a form of procrastination in of itself??

hrm. think about that. yes, kill even more time. =P

  • but isn’t everything else…depends on how you look at it.

  • steeevvvvvvvvvvveeeeeeeeeeeeeee

i think, even doing stuff like xanga, isn’t exactly wasting time. there’s nothing inherently wrong about reading blogs, or for that matter, sleeping in, or watching TV. it’s a matter of being wise stewards of the time God’s given us. so yea… be wise!

  • And I agree.  Procrastination though.
